In reading thru my RSS feed reader feeds today, I see a number of subjects that I would like to expand and/or expound about, but my back is in flare up and when I hurt this much, it is hard to concentrate, let alone care, about politics or the machinations of the BDS inflicted crowd. This flare-up episode was brought on by having to stand in line over an hour at the bank this morning. By the time I got up to the teller and I was able to lean against the counter, I thought I might have to ask for help to get back out to my car. Now, I'm full of pain killers and my mind is like mush. So, I will get something together later tonight, but no promises it will make any sense. Thanks for your patience.
In the meantime, check out these posts worth reading:

Pamela at Atlas Shrugs in The Europeanization of the Democratic Party is actually recommending you jump to an article by Ed Lasky, but we are giving you the AS link because she includes some links to past articles that are also worth reading.
Sheriff Joe is the guy who painted his jail pink and makes the inmates wear pink while incarcerated there. Now he has the moonbats all excited again:
Sheriff Joe Teaches Inmates English
There are many things to love about Phoenix, and Sheriff Joe Arpaio is near the top of the list. His latest outrage against the sensibilities of moonbats: mandatory English classes for inmates.
Spanish is spoken by quite a few inmates of Maricopa County jails, often because they are illegal aliens from Mexico. But as Sheriff Joe says:
These inmates happen to be incarcerated in the United States of America and in Maricopa County where I run the jails. And we speak English here, not foreign languages.
